Chocolate Chip Easter Baskets Recipes
CHOCOLATE CHIP EASTER BASKETS RECIPE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 24 mini-muffin cups. Place one square of cookie dough into each cup. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pans to wire rack. If licorice handles are to be added, with tip of wooden pick, make two holes opposite each other on top edge of cup. Make sure holes are same size as width of licorice. This is best done when cups are very warm. Cool cups completely in pans on wire rack. With tip of butter knife, remove cookie cups from muffin pans. Arrange on serving platter. Combine frosting and a few drops of food coloring in small bowl, adding additional food coloring until desired shade is reached. Dissolve a few drops of food coloring in 1/4 teaspoon water in small, resealable food storage plastic bag. Add coconut. Seal bag and shake to evenly coat coconut. Spoon a small amount of frosting onto top of each cup. Add a pinch of tinted coconut. Top grass with SweeTarts Jelly Beans. Insert ends of licorice into small holes in cups for handles.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375° F. Grease or spray 32 miniature muffin cups. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, flour, butter and egg until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 32 (1 1/4-inch) balls; roll in colored sugar. Press 1 ball into bottom and up side of each muffin cup.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set and edges are light golden brown. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling racks.
- Add coconut to a 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add 3 to 4 drops food color and shake until well blended. It may be necessary to add 1 to 2 teaspoons water to help disperse the color evenly or additional food color until desired color is reached.
- Frost top of each cookie. Decorate with colored coconut and jelly beans. Tie a small ribbon bow on 5-inch piece of pipe cleaner; insert into each basket for handle.
