S'MORES SNACK MIX
No campfire required! This four-ingredient recipe packs all the flavor of everyone's favorite campout treat, without any of the mess.

Steps:
- In large bowl, combine cereals. Add marshmallows; toss to mix. Spread mixture on sheet of waxed paper.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on Medium (50%) 1 minute. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. If needed, microwave 15 to 30 seconds longer on Medium.
- Using spoon or fork, drizzle melted chocolate over cereal-marshmallow mixture. Let stand about 1 hour or until chocolate is set.

WHITE CHOCOLATE SNACK MIX
Here is a sweet snack mix that is delicious and colorful. Saltiness and sweetness is the best combination! Don't be afraid of trying other cereals, candy or nuts. Salted almonds, granola, or, butterscotch chips would be fine substitutes or additions.

- Line 3 baking sheets with waxed paper or parchment. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mini pretzels, toasted oat cereal, crispy corn cereal squares, salted peanuts, and candy-coated chocolate pieces. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil on medium-high for 2 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well.
- Spread onto prepared baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with vegetable cooking spray. Break graham crackers into 1/2- to 1-inch pieces; spread on prepared cookie sheet.
- Place butter in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds. Add sugar and cinnamon; stir until butter is melted and mixture is blended. Drizzle over graham cracker pieces.
- Bake 10 minutes; gently stir or turn over pieces. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely on cookie sheet on wire rack.
- Remove wrappers from chocolate bars; break into sections. Toss graham cracker pieces with chocolate bar pieces, cinnamon graham cereal, marshmallows and peanuts. Store in cool, dry place. Makes about 4 cups mix.
