CHRISTMAS APPLE SALAD
Change up the usual holiday side dish with this crunchy Christmas Apple Salad. Featuring red and green apples, the Christmas Apple Salad is quite festive.

Steps:
- Mix sour cream, salt and reserved pineapple juice in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add pineapple tidbits, apples and pecans.
- Toss until apples are coated with sour cream mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss gently with marshmallows before serving.

- Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk in the softened cream cheese, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir the apples, 1 1/2 cups of walnuts, and the dried cranberries into the cream cheese mixture until well coated.
- Spoon salad into a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Keep chilled until serving.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely., For dressing, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, shrimp, cucumber and macaroni. Add dressing; gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
