- Coat an 11x7x2 baking dish with cooking spray; pour water into dish.
- Peel, core and slice apples. Arrange apple slices in prepared dish; coat lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter to resemble coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Layer apple slices in the bottom of an 8-inch glass baking dish.
- Mix water, butter, flour, and cornstarch together in a bowl until no lumps remain. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour apples in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes, until soft and juicy, about 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Spread almonds on baking tray, toast for 10 minutes till golden.
- Scatter the extra 1 tblsp of sugar over a baking tray and set aside.
- Combine remaining sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts in a food processor.
- Whiz till fine and transfer to a deep plate.
- Beat egg and milk together and dip apples in this mixture.
- Allow excess to drip off and dip in oatmeal mixture.
- Arrange on prepared baking tray, bake for 25 minutes till apple is soft and coating is crunchy.
- Serve with cream.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, pumpkin pie spice, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and vanilla with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
