BASIC GRANOLA RECIPE
This basic granola recipe is pretty perfect as is, but feel free to swap out ingredients to customize it to your taste (see Cook's Notes below for sample substitutions).

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, light brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir the honey, oil and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients. Use your hands if necessary to make sure it's well combined.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the oven and stir; add the chopped almonds. Return to the oven and bake until everything is toasted and evenly browned, an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool on the baking sheet, then add the dried cranberries and toss to distribute. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and honey until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Break up the layer into chunks with your hands.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
- Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh berries, if desired.

- Heat oven to 150C/fan 130C/gas 2. Mix the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla in a large bowl. Tip in all the remaining ingredients, except the dried fruit and coconut, and mix well.
- Tip the granola onto two baking sheets and spread evenly. Bake for 15 mins, then mix in the coconut and dried fruit, and bake for 10-15 mins more. Remove and scrape onto a flat tray to cool. Serve with cold milk or yogurt. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment, and spread shredded coconut on top. Bake until toasted. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Decrease oven temperature to 300 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment; set aside. In a large bowl, toss together oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, stir together honey and butter; pour over oat mixture. Stir well. Spread onto sheets. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Break up granola; sprinkle with raisins and toasted coconut. Store in airtight container.

- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to distribute oil and honey evenly. Spread a thin layer of mixture on two rimmed baking sheets (half sheet pans) lined with parchment paper (I used my silpat liners).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes stirring mixture and rotating sheets half way through until mixture is an even golden brown.
