COFFEE FLUFF SHAKE
I admit I was a sucker for the name of this intriguing coffee shake. Sadly I will have to depend on you guys to tell me how good this is because I have not seen a jar of Marshmallow Fluff since I came to Iceland. I found this in my MasterCook Deluxe computer program my sister bought for me ages ago & they acknowledged the Marshmallow Fluff website. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Put well-chilled milk, instant coffee granules & Marshmallow Fluff in a blender.
- Blend 30 seconds or until all ingredients are well-mixed & smooth.
- NOTES: Personally, I would rather use my immersion blender for this & make a single 10 oz serving out of it. 5 oz is just never enough of a coffee fix for me.

The Coffee Fluff Shake turned out to be such a popular idea that I decided to enter more coffee treats. While I am sorely tempted, DH & I are NY resolved to only indulge for VERY SPECIAL occasions, so I hope some of you will be sorely tempted enough to try this & the 3 that accompany it. Steps:
- Place hot coffee & chocolate syrup in blender container, blend till smooth & cool to room temperature.
- Pour cooled mixture into a med howl. Add softened ice cream & cold coffee.
- W/rotary beater, beat till smooth, spoon into tall glasses & serve immediately.
- NOTE: I entered the prep as written, but assume an immersion blender will be equally efficient for the prep.
