COOKIE CRISP CEREAL TREATS

I'm always thinking outside the box instead of always using rice crispy cereal.I grabbed whatever cereal I had on hand this time is was Cookie crisp. It was a huge hit,hope ya'll enjoy it. There is no cooking involved except 2min in a microwave.

Steps:

1. In a microwave safe bowl combine marshmallows and butter heat for about 2 minutes once melted combine cookie crisp cereal mix then add your chocolate chips mixing well.
2. pour out mixture onto a 13X9 cookie sheet you may want to use a silicone sheet to prevent from sticking place in refrigerator for about 30-45 minutes to set.

1 pkg marshmallows, mini
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
4-6 c cookie crisp cereal
1 c chocolate chips

Steps:

Microwave margarine in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 20 sec. or until melted.
Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat. Microwave 30 sec. or until marshmallows are puffed; stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Stir in thin crisps. Drop into 6 mounds on greased baking sheet. Cool completely.

Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Liberally spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add the butter, vanilla extract, and marshmallows to a large sauce pan. Over low heat, and stirring very often, melt the marshmallows until well incorporated into the melted butter.
Remove from heat. Add the cereal and half the sprinkles to the marshmallow mixture. Stir until well combined with a spatula.
Turn the mixture out onto the prepared baking dish. Press the mixture flat, trying to get the surface as even as possible. (If you find your hands are sticking to the mixture, lightly spray one palm with the non-stick cooking spray and rub your palms together.)
