COOL WHIP FRUIT DIP
This is an easy two-ingredient dip which I love to enjoy on apples and strawberries especially, although I would imagine it would be delicious on any fruit. I use Cool Whip Free and Dannon Light n' Fit yogurt to keep calories low (which in this case does not require forfeiting any of the taste!).

- In a medium-sized bowl, stir together Cool Whip and yogurt.
- Serve whip with pineapple chunks, strawberries, banana slices, apple slices, or your favorite fruits.
CREAMY VANILLA FRUIT DIP
This is the best fruit dip ever and so simple. You can easily reduce the calories by using the low-fat whipped topping and cream cheese without reducing the flavor. Serve this with a fresh fruit salad or with fruit and small shortbread cookies. It's perfect for baby and wedding showers!
