Steps:

Spread or pat cream cheese around each pickle. Wrap 2 sheets of meat around each pickle. Refrigerate pickles overnight, and slice before serving.

Steps:

1. Spread a slice of deli meat with the cream cheese mixture.
2. Wrap each slice around a pickle.
3. Slice about 1/2 inch thick. Place on serving plate and arrange attractively.

Steps:

Spread cream cheese over the corned beef. Line up two slices, overlapping the ends to seal them together. Place a pickle over the cream cheese on one end and roll up. Repeat with remaining pickles and corned beef. Cut each roll into slices to serve.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well., Place two slices of corned beef on waxed paper.
