"IT'S THAT EASY" GRAHAM-CRACKER DELIGHT
This recipe is so easy, and taste so great! Great for an afternoon snack for the kids, or even a filler-upper until dinner.

Steps:
- First, mix cream-cheese and powder-sugar in bowl.
- Then, evenly distribute cream-cheese onto graham-crackers.
- To top it off, try slices of strawberries, pears, etc. (Optional).
CRACKER DELIGHT
This is another recipe that's been in my family for awhile, my mom had it given to her years ago. It sounds really easy to make if you're needing something whipped up quickly this one might be what you're looking for. I have not made this yet myself, but I've had something similar to this before.

Steps:
- Line a cookie sheet with foil.
- Spray with Pam cooking spray.
- Lay crackers close together on cookie sheet.
- In a sauce pan, heat brown sugar and butter, blending till melted.
- Pour melted butter mixture over crackers and bake in a 400 degree oven until bubbly.
- Top with chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
- Let cool before breaking apart.
- Enjoy!

- Add the butter to a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and mix well to combine. Pat the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish. Set aside.
- Add the cream cheese to a large bowl. Mix with a mixer until the cream cheese of smooth and free of any lumps. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add the cool whip and mix until the cool whip and cream cheese are combined, but don’t overmix.
