- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cereals and hazelnuts; set aside. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the syrup, butter, brown sugar, salt and nutmeg. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir until blended. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat., Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring after each minute. Stir in cranberries. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.

- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal and walnuts; set aside.
- In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, orange juice concentrate and oil on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 1 minute longer, stirring after 30 seconds, until mixture is hot. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
- Microwave uncovered on High 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in tightly covered container.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350*. To toast almonds, spread almonds evenly on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until almonds are slightly darker in color. Cool completely on baking sheet.
- 2. reduce oven temperature to 225*. in a large bowl, combine almonds, pretzels, and cranberries. In a small bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Pour pretzel mixture; toss until well coated. In another small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over pretzel mixture; toss until well coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely on baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
