Steps:
- Layer chicken, great Northern beans, and corn into a slow cooker.
- Mix chicken broth, chicken soup, green chile peppers, and taco seasoning together in a bowl; pour over chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on Low until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 8 to 10 hours. Stir in sour cream and pepper Jack cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven cook ground chicken or turkey, onion, and garlic until chicken or turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- Drain fat, if necessary.
- Stir in milk, cream of chicken soup, corn, chopped tomato, chile peppers, cilantro or parsley, and cayenne pepper.
- Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Monterey Jack cheese.
- Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Add chicken and simmer until chicken is cooked through and tender; about 15-20 minutes. *Alternatively you could use any leftover or rotisserie chicken - you need about 4 cups.
