CREAMY NO BAKE COOKIES
I added my favorite ingredient to this dish to make it extra creamy.

- 1. 1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, sweet and condensed milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, after the boiling add coconut and cook for another 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in crunchy peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
NO-BAKE COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Separate the cream from the cookies into 2 different bowls.
- Place the cookies into a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Set aside ½ cup (50g) of the crumbs for later.
- Pour the cookie crumbs into a bowl and combine with the melted butter, mixing until the texture is like slightly wet sand.
- Press the cookie crumbs in an even layer into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Set aside.
- In a medium pot over low heat, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, the cream from the cookies, and vanilla extract, stirring until there are no lumps.
- In a measuring cup, mix the milk with the gelatin until dissolved.
- Pour the milk into the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to bubble slightly. Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan. Using a spatula or a spoon, smooth the top.
- Sift the saved cookie crumbs on top of the cheesecake in an even layer, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Unclasp the ring of the springform pan, slice, then serve!
- Enjoy!

I love these cookies! The only problem I have encountered in the past with making these, is that they seem to fall apart due to dryness. Adding more milk and less oatmeal (as this recipe directs), takes care of that problem.

Steps:
- Stir sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder together in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, to dissolve sugar completely, 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Remove saucepan immediately from heat.
- Stir peanut butter and vanilla extract into the milk mixture until smooth; add oats and stir to coat. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of baking parchment and let sit until the mixture holds together, about 15 minutes.

Tasty no-bake cookies made with oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa. Start timing when mixture reaches a full rolling boil; this is the trick to successful cookies. If you boil too long the cookies will be dry and crumbly. If you don't boil long enough, the cookies won't form properly.
