Creamy Watercress Dip Recipes

Steps:

• .In a food processor, pulse watercress and green onion until coarsely chopped.
• Add cream cheese and mayo and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pulse to blend.
• Transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Steps:

• Thoroughly wash and dry the watercress. Chop it roughly, then finely chop it in a food processor. Place cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add the sour cream and blend to combine. Add watercress and continue blending until smooth. Serve with raw vegetables, thin toasts or chips.

• Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and 1 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl and stir until combined and smooth. If necessary, thin out the dip by whisking in more sour cream or adding milk, a tablespoon at a time. Fold in the mix-in ingredients of your choice, to taste and chill before serving.

• Add potato, watercress, milk and stock.
• Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

• Wash spinach; drain, but do not dry. Transfer to a large stockpot. Cover, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a clean kitchen towel, and squeeze out excess liquid. Let cool slightly; coarsely chop. Set aside.

• Whisk together yogurt and lemon zest and juice in a medium bowl. Stir in spinach, onion, and watercress; season with salt and pepper. Garnish with watercress sprigs, and serve with lettuce leaves for dipping.
