LONDON BROIL FOR THE SLOW COOKER

I just made this up out of the blue and everyone including the kids loved it. The meat fell apart and was delicious.

  • Slice onions and peppers into rings and place on top of London Broil.
  • Top all with stewed tomatoes.
  • Pour wine over tomatoes (if using).
  • Cook on low 8-10 hours.

I normally am not crazy about crock pot meals that use canned soup, but a friend of mine cooked this for us and I have to admit that it was very, very good. It certainly is a no-brainer! She cautioned me to use only Campbells.
