CROCKPOT TERIYAKI STIR FRY
Simple, delicious and interchangeable recipe! This crockpot teriyaki chicken recipe is flavourful and magnificent. I've seen how others make it but I like my version best. It is also a great base for making changes, like instead of chicken use beef or changing up the sauce and/or veggies, or maybe even adding bacon for a...

Steps:
- 1. Combine all the ingredients (except the stir fry noodles) in the crockpot and cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-6 hours - until chicken is completely cooked. (Cooking times may vary depending on crockpot) Note: broccoli is optional because I don't eat broccoli but if you like it feel free to add it.
- 2. for a complete crockpot meal, during the last 20 minutes of cook time, reduce temperature to low and add in uncooked stir fry noodles (more chicken broth may be required to cook the dry noodles) mix well and let stand until sauce mostly evaporates into the food
- 3. OR don't use the stir fry noodles and serve over cooked rice instead
QUICK AND EASY TERIYAKI BEEF STIR-FRY
As the name implies, this teriyaki beef and vegetable stir-fry is easy to make and done in under 30 minutes. Tasty and perfect for a night when you need dinner in a hurry. We like to use top sirloin for stir-fry recipes since it stays so juicy. Serve with rice or noodles.

Steps:
- Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place your chicken in the crock pot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce all over it (I use about 1/2-3/4 of the bottle).
- Cook for about 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low (you want to make sure it is cooked, but don't over cook it or the chicken will be dry).
- About 10 minutes before you eat, stir-fry the veggies on your stove top (or even your microwave). I have thrown my veggies into the crock pot to cook with the chicken before, but I don't like it as much that way because they tend to get mushy.
- Place some rice in a bowl, put veggies on next, then throw your chicken on top.
- If you need extra sauce to put on top, you can use what is in the crock pot or what is leftover in your Teriyaki bottle.
