Steps:
- Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
- Cover, and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.

BEEF - SKILLET BEEF SUPREME RECIPE

Steps:
- Brown beef in 2 T of oil. Add in onion, green pepper, celery, green beans and mushrooms. Cook until beans are tender. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and water. Add to skillet and cook for about 10 minutes. Garnish with pimiento. Serve over rice or noodles.
SHERRIED BEEF
Long time favorite of my family's. Can be done either in the oven or the crock pot. Cook time listed is oven time. Always check the crockpot during the day and make sure that the gravy isn't getting too thick. Just add water if that is the case. My mom never browned the meat, it all just went into the pot. If you are short on time, this step can be omitted.

Steps:
- Mix together in a bowl the canned soup and the packet of dry onion soup mix. Set aside.
- Put beef into a plastic bag with flour and toss to lightly coat the beef cubes.
- Brown in oil on top of stove. Remove the meat and deglaze the pan with the sherry.
- Put meat and the liquid from the pan in the soup mixture and mix well.
- Pour into crock pot or dutch oven and cover.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or even better at 300 degrees for 4 hours. In crockpot, cook on low for 8 hours.
- Check halfway through cooking time to check gravy. If thick add small amounts of water to desired consistency.
- Serve meat over noodles or potatoes with gravy.

- Cut steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place steak, mushrooms, onion, mustard, parsley, garlic, salt, dill, and black pepper into a 3-quart slow cooker; stir well.
- Place flour in a small bowl; gradually add broth, stirring with a whisk until blended. Add to slow cooker; stir well. Cover with the lid; cook on High for 1 hour. Reduce heat to Low and cook until steak is tender, 7 to 8 hours.
- Turn slow cooker off and remove lid. Allow stroganoff to stand for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.

- Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and sherry together in bottom of crock pot. Add beef and mushrooms and mix to coat. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Cook Reams noodles according to package directions. Drain, add to crock pot and mix with other ingredients.
