Steps:
- 1. run salt and sugar through food processor until super fine. mix all dry cake ingredients and run through sifter untill completely blended. store in mason jar or baggie marked with contents and date.
- 2. Mix all ingredients to make cake bake as foolows at 350* greased pans 13x9" 35-40 minutes 8-9" rounds 30-35 minutes Cupcakes 18-20 minutes Bundt 45-50 minutes
- 3. Enjoy the savings! Note- For german chocolate I powder 6 german chocolate squares and replace the same amount of cocoa before mixing everything!

- In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add the water, oil, vanilla and vinegar; mix well (batter will be thin). , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely. , For frosting, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla; mix well. Spread over cake. Store in the refrigerator.
