Dorito Chicken Taco Fingers Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• Spray a baking sheet with no stick cooking spray.
• Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
• Combine mayo, milk in a large bowl.
• Place tortilla chips and taco seasoning in zip lock baggie, crush chips into medium size crumbs.
• Pour chip mix into a medium size bowl.
• Coat chicken strips in mayo mixture, then in the crushed tortilla chips.
• Place on baking sheet, be sure to not overlap.
• Bake until just browned and chicken is cooked through about 10-12 minutes.
• Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Steps:

• Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, breaking the meat up as it cooks, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and mix in taco seasoning. Stir in diced tomatoes with green chilies and ranch-style beans and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Place a large handful of tortilla chips on a serving dish and top with a ladle of the ground beef mixture. Repeat with remaining chips and meat mixture. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded Mexican cheese blend on each serving.

Steps:

• Crush doritos, enough to just cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole.
• Mix all other ingredients, except cheese, and place on top of doritos.
• Crush another layer of doritos on top.
• Sprinkle cheese over all.
• Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
