Double Decker Pumpkin Pie Yogurt Coffee Cake Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350° F. Spray bottom only of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, the 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. • Mix 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a small bowl; sprinkle over pumpkin layer.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
