CREAMY CHOCOLATE DREAM DESSERT
"My husband and I have loved this cool, creamy dessert for years," says Kay Hickman in Snyder, Texas. "Now that the recipe has been downsized for two, we don't need company to enjoy it!"

Steps:
- In a small bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar; fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust. , In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and additional pecans if desired. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

I have never tried this recipe. I got this recipe years ago from a box of Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined.
- Add the heavy cream, mix well and whip until thick.
- Use the back of a spoon and shape the cream cheese mixture into shells.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
- Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- When finished freezing fill clouds with cherry pie filling and top with nuts.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter six 3/4-cup custard cups or ramekins. Combine just 1/2 cup sugar, egg yolks, flour, lemon juice, and lemon peel in large bowl; whisk until well blended. Whisk in milk.
- Using electric mixer, beat egg whites and salt in medium bowl until frothy. Gradually add remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Fold beaten egg whites into lemon mixture in 2 additions. Divide mixture among prepared custard cups. Place custard cups in roasting pan. Pour enough hot water into roasting pan to come halfway up sides of custard cups. Bake puddings until tops are golden and spring back when lightly touched, about 30 minutes. Remove cups from water and set aside to cool.
- To prepare the whipped cream, combine the whipping cream, sugar, grated lemon peel, and fresh lemon juice in a chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Serve each “cloud” warm or chilled, topped with the whipped cream and a handful of fresh blueberries.
