This pie is so smooth and creamy that it will melt in your mouth! It's always requested by my family members for its ultimate peanut butter flavor.

Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie image

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then stir whipped topping into peanut butter mixture. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for about 3 hours until pie is firm.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a medium bowl; combine sugar with the cracker crumbs, add butter and mix thoroughly. Press mixture firmly into pie pan and along the sides of the pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let crust cool while making the pie filling.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, whipped topping, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract in mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • 3. Pour into cooled graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  • 4. If preferred top with grated chocolate, whipped cream, etc Enjoy!

6 Tbsp melted, butter
FILLING
1 c creamy peanut butter
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz sweetened condensed milk
8 oz whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. With an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, stir together instant pudding and milk. Slowly add to peanut butter mixture.
  • 3. Beat on medium to high speed until well blended.
  • 4. Fold in whipped topping and stir until smooth.
  • 5. Pile the filling into crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • 6. Top as desired chocolate curls, miniature chocolate chips, powdered cocoa, or chopped peanuts, or drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • 7. Add additional whipped topping to decorate.

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Coarsely chop half of the peanut butter cups; stir into cream cheese mixture., Spoon into crust. Quarter remaining peanut butter cups; arrange over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Make the crust: Pulse Oreo cookies, with their filling, in a food processor until finely ground. In a medium bowl, mix together crumbs and melted butter until combined and moistened. Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie or tart pan. I recommend baking the crust to make it crunchy. If you choose to do so, bake in a 350F/180C preheated oven for about 8 minutes until fragrant and firm, then let it cool completely on a wire rack. If you prefer a no-bake dessert, just place it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to firm up before adding the filling.
  • For the peanut butter filling: In a large bowl using a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and peanut butter on medium-high speed until combined and smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until combined and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl using an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form; they should hold their shape but have a soft texture. Using a spatula, gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then fold in the other half.
  • Pour filling into the pan over the crust and smooth the top. You can glaze the pie with chocolate ganache (half of the recipe will do), and/or top with peanut butter cups, peanuts, or whipped cream.
