Excellent punch with or without alcohol! You may add rum, if desired!

Steps:
- Combine water with 1 package strawberries in a square container. Store in freezer until solid, at least 2 hours.
- Mix ginger ale, pink lemonade concentrate, daiquiri mix, orange juice concentrate, and 1 package sliced strawberries in a punch bowl.
- Rinse outside of container with strawberries frozen in water with hot water to loosen the ice block. Float block in punch.

To be honest it was How to make a quick punch when unexpected company comes over. As U can see it was a hit, this is the second bowl before I thought of posting! ;)

- To a large punchbowl add 4 cups frozen strawberries, pour a quart wine over strawberries. Let the strawberries soak up wine flavor for few min. longer if u can. Top off with liter of strawberry soda.
- 7up can be used if u cant find strawberry, i would suggest maybe adding a cup berry flavored drink.

- Place strawberries in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Stir in limeade concentrate and pineapple juice. Chill until serving., Transfer to a punch bowl. Just before serving, stir in soda. Serve over ice if desired.

DRUNKEN CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY CAKE
This cake is so light and delicious. And the frosting... it's so good it almost didn't make it onto the cake! The combination of marshmallow cream and cream cheese make a great frosting. Yummy!

- 1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal or glass pans, 325°F for dark or coated pans.
- 2. BLEND dry mixes (cake and pudding), water, oil and eggs in large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- 3. POUR batter in pan 9X13 glass dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- 4. When cake is approximately 5 minutes from being done, begin the Jello mixture.
- 5. Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a full boil. Add jello and mix until jello is fully dissolved.
- 6. Add 12 oz Delicia Strawberries & Cream to jello. (For a non-alcoholic cake, replace the Delicia Strawberries & Cream with strawberry or red cream soda.)
- 7. Pull cake from oven and liberally poke fork holes in cake.
- 8. Pour jello mix over cake and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 9. After cake has fully cooled, make Chocolate Fudge Marshmallow frosting.
- 10. Soften 8 oz cream cheese.
- 11. Blend with 7oz jar of marshmallow cream and 3.3 oz box of chocolate fudge pudding.
- 12. Add 8oz tub of cool whip and blend completely.
- 13. Spread frosting (all of it) evenly over fully cooled cake cake.
- 14. Cut and serve.
- 15. You may want to garnish with fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate for a more elegant look when entertaining.
- 16. Store leftover cake (if there is any) in a covered container in refrigerator.

- Place a 6-quart punch bowl in the freezer to chill thoroughly while preparing the punch, at least 20 minutes.

DRUNKEN STRAWBERRY SHOTS

- 1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull each strawberry with a paring knife and grapefruit spoon so there is a relatively large cavity left in the strawberry, being careful not to break the sides. Melt chocolate in a small bowl and dip the bottoms of each strawberry in the chocolate. Set on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet and freeze. Combine vanilla vodka, Godiva liquor, and chocolate syrup in equal parts and fill each strawberry when you're ready to serve. Allow strawberries to thaw for a few minutes before serving.

- For the strawberry syrup: Heat the strawberries, sugar and 3/4 cup water in a medium saucepan until boiling. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the mixture thickens and reduces, about 12 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let sit to infuse for 10 minutes. Mash the fruit to a pulp, then strain the syrup into an airtight container. Discard the solids. Refrigerate the syrup until ready to use and up to 1 week.
- For the strawberry punch: Combine the strawberry syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, orange liqueur and rum in a pitcher. Stir until combined, then cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
- When ready to use, stir, then divide between 6 glasses filled with ice. Top each beverage with 1/4 cup sparkling wine or sparkling water and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
