EASY CAPSICUM TOAST
Capsicum toast is one of my favorite snacks. Its simple, healthy, takes very little time and adds a different taste. This is perfect for short picnics or school tiffins as well.

Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- Cut capsicum, tomato, onion into very small pieces.
- Now mix well all the above ingredients in a bowl. Add yoghurt, chilli, salt, black pepper and mix again. Take a slice of bread and spread this mixture over it.
- Take othe slice of bread and spread tomato ketchup over it and place this slice over the previou one from step 1.
- Now spread some butter on the outer sides of both the breads. Plug in the sandwhich-maker and place this sandwhich in it untill the bread turns brown or becomes cripsy. www.spicmantra.blogspot.com.
