Easy Delish Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Recipes
EASY DELISH CREAMY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
Had a late night craving for some chicken noodle soup. We didn't have any on hand so I raided the pantry and came up with this. It turned out to be some of the best soup my husband and I have ever had. It was fast and very easy to make. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a large soup pot, bring chicken stock to a boil.
- 2. Add condensed soups and stir until fully dissolved.
- 3. Add chicken pieces and boil for 10-15 minutes.
- 4. Add seasonings to taste. I didn't really measure anything, was just one of those pinch of this and dash of that moments.
- 5. Add pasta, stir and cook until al dente.
- 6. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes until broth thickens.
QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
When you don't have time to make your soup totally from scratch, this is a very easy, very good substitute.

- In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Cook onion and celery in butter until just tender, 5 minutes. Pour in chicken and vegetable broths and stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes before serving.

- Heat the oil in a large soup pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add in the onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté until softened. Add in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower in the chicken breasts, cover and simmer until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter over medium heat in a small sauté pan. Once melted, whisk in the flour. Continue to cook, whisking constantly until the mixture is golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Slowly ladle in 1 cup of the broth while whisking continually. Once incorporated, whisk in the milk and cream. Add to the soup pot.
