- In a large skillet, cook beef and red pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the chili sauce, taco seasoning, salt and pepper; heat through. , In a small bowl, combine sour cream and chipotle sauce. Layer each tostada with lettuce, meat mixture, guacamole, cheese and chipotle cream.

- Brown ground beef in a medium sized pot until it is crumbled and no longer pink. Remove browned beef with a slotted spoon; set aside. Pour off the fat.
- In the same skillet, prepare Knorr® Fiesta SidesTM- Mexican Rice according to the package directions. Add browned ground beef and diced red bell pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture among 12 tostada shells. Stack them 2 high making 6 double-decker tostadas. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, queso fresco, and sour cream.

Steps:
- In med. bowl, combine beans, 1/2c. salsa, tomatoes, and 1/2c. cheese; mix well.
- In non-stick saute pan, heat thoroughly till cheese is melted. Spread equal portions of bean mixture over 4 tostada shells; place a tostada shell on top of each.
- Spread equal portions of guacamole over each tostada; top with a third tostada.
- Garnish top with remaining salsa, cheese, lettuce and olives. Place 1 tbsp sour cream in center of each.

- Preheat the oven to 415°F. Spray the corn tortillas on both sides with oil. Lay them flat on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 minutes and flip them over and bake for another 5 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and break it apart with your spatula. Season with garlic powder, salt and taco seasoning. Add the diced onion and cook until the onion is translucent and the beef is fully cooked.
- Reheat the refried beans in a skillet over medium-low heat or in a microwave until steaming hot.
- To assemble, top each tostada with refried beans, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and pico de gallo or salsa. Sprinkle some cheese and cilantro on top. Serve right away.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees then place tortillas on foil-lined baking sheets and spray both sides lightly with non-stick spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tortillas are crisp and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat refried beans in a microwave safe bowl. Spread ~2 Tablespoons beans on top of each baked tortilla then top with ~2 Tablespoons shredded cheese. Bake for 3-4 more minutes, or until cheese has melted.
