Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.
  • Pour batter in baking dish over the butter. Sprinkle fruit on top of the batter, do not stir. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Dump blueberries and sugar into 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Stir together.
  • Sprinkle cake mix over the fruit. Slice butter and distribute over the surface of the cake mix.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until cake is lightly golden brown and no batter comes out after a toothpick test).

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Place frozen fruit in the bottom of a 9X13 cake pan.
  • 3. Sprinkle dry cake mix all over the top of the fruit.
  • 4. Evenly distribute the melted butter on top of the cake mix.
  • 5. Bake at 350 until brown (approx. 55 minutes).

2 lb assorted frozen fruit (i used 1 lb. sliced strawberries and 1 lb. rhubarb in this one)
1 box yellow cake mix
1-2 stick butter, melted (i used 1 1/2)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Stir together peaches and juice with melted butter. Pour into prepared pan. In a small bowl mix flour, sugar and salt. Stir in milk. Pour mixture over peaches.
  • Bake on bottom rack of preheated oven 15 minutes, or until lightly browned, then move to top rack for 20 minutes more. Serve warm.

Steps:

  • Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position, and heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put butter in an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan; set in oven to melt. When butter has melted, remove pan from oven.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put stick of butter in 9x13" pan and melt in oven.
  • Mix flour, sugar, and milk.
  • When your butter is melted pour your mixture into pan directly on top of butter.
