EASY SHRIMP PASTA FOR TWO

Steps:
- Add the shrimp to a small bowl and pour the dressing over the shrimp; cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade; set aside reserving the marinade.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm, set aside.
- Add the tomatoes, reserved marinade, cream cheese, red pepper flakes if using and 1 tablespoon of the basil to same skillet; cook and stir 3 minutes until well blended.
- Add the shrimp; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Place the hot fettuccine on a large serving platter; top with shrimp mixture, sprinkle with remaining basil and grate cheese over all.

EASY SHRIMP & PASTA FOR 2
Both me & my family love seafood. This is just 1 way I have cooked shrimp. Its a easy & yummy way. I have had friends ask me for this recipes when they wanna do something special.

Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl pour the dressing over the shrimp & refrigerate for about 20 mins to marinate.
- 2. Then cook pasta as directed on package. In the mean time,heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add in the shrimp, cook for 3 mins or until the shrimp turns pink in color. Make sure to stir frequently. Remove the shrimp from frying pan,cover & keep warm.
- 3. Then add in the tomtoes,cream cheese & 1 tbsp. basil to the frying pan. Cook & stir for about 3 mins or until well blended. Then add back in the shrimp, cook until heated through & stirring occasionally.
- 4. Then Drain the pasta. Place on a large platter or bowl. Top with the shrimp mixture, remaining basil & shredded cheese.
- 5. Special Tips: For easy cooking make sure the shrimp is thawed out. For a thinner sauce add in a small amount of milk into the sauce.

- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, toss shrimp with 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning. Mix remaining seasoning with cream cheese and milk until blended.
- Cook peppers in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add shrimp and sausage; cook and stir 2 min. Add cream cheese mixture and corn; cook and stir 2 min. or until shrimp is tender and all ingredients are heated through.
- Drain pasta. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix lightly.
