MY FAVORITE SNOWFLAKE ROLLS
These are my favorite rolls. A snow flake roll is a light and airy roll that has a slight chew to it. Melt some butter in the middle of these warm. They are so good. My daughter and I could consume 3-4 at a meal. Quick to make for a yeast roll. I used to buy these at a local bakery until I discovered how easy they were to make....

- Combine the all of the ingredients and mix and knead — by hand, mixer or bread machine set on the dough cycle — until you've made a smooth dough.

- In a bread machine (or by hand), it should form a smooth ball., Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl.
