Its quick, fun and great! I learned this in grammar school. You may want to serve with corn bread or French bread and a salad.

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the ground turkey for 5 to 10 minutes, or until browned. Drain the turkey, stir in the tomato sauce and sugar, and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese. Mix well and set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Place them into a 9x13-inch baking dish, then layer the turkey mixture over the noodles. Then layer the sour cream mixture over the turkey, and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain.
At the same time, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; saute until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Add condensed soup, leftover gravy, milk, curry powder, poultry seasoning, and salt; cook and stir until well blended and hot, about 5 minutes.
Combine cooked egg noodles, turkey, and peas in the prepared baking dish. Pour hot soup mixture over top and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.

This casserole was brought to me after a new baby many years ago by a lady at our church. When I asked for the recipe, I couldn't believe how simple it was. We use this for a quick dinner anytime or to use up leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. Can also be made with chicken.

Steps:

In large pot, cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Add all other ingredients, except for potato chips, and mix.
Add small amount of additional milk if needed until creamy.
Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with potato chips on top.
Bake for 350 for 25-30 minutes.
