ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD RECIPE BY TASTY
We've all been baking banana bread lately, right? It's been good, but it's gotten, well, just a tad routine. In fact, it's probably making you go just a liiiittle bananas yourself! So it's time to sweeten the deal: this chocolate chip banana bread recipe combines two of your favorite things into one - now, you can have your chocolate and eat it too!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a bowl, add the bananas and mash until smooth. Add in the melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Add the sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour, and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Add in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.

- add applesauce, buttermilk, mashed bananas and vanilla and mix well.
- combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- add flour mixture to banana mixture and mix until combined (will be lumpy).

- spoon into greased loaf pan.
- bake at 350F for 60 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda and salt and set aside (dry ingredients).
- In another small bowl, prepare egg substitute - mixing egg replacer with warm water until well blended - no lumps and set aside.
- In another medium bowl, mix the bananas with vanilla and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the buttery spread and sugar together.
- Blend in the egg replacer mix thoroughly.
- Blend in the banana and vanilla mix thoroughly.
- Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Blend in the cultured coconut milk vanilla (sour cream replacement) and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into 2 prepared loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a butter knife that has been inserted into the center comes out clean.
- (Note if you are using a dark non-stick pan, you may need to add 10 minutes).
