- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup whipped topping, cinnamon and extract; cool for 5 minutes. , Fold in remaining whipped topping. Serve with fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Microwave 2 cups marshmallows in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted when stirred.
- Add cream cheese; beat with mixer until blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 1 hr.
- Spoon dip into serving bowl; top with remaining marshmallows.

- Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer whip the cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer, whip until blended. Add vanilla and melted chocolate chips and mix together. Fold in whipped cream until well blended. Cover and store in the refrigerator to chill.
