FESTIVE FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- 1. Place bread in 2 baking pans 9x12 or 10x13 with 1" sides. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients (up to Garnish) with whisk and pour 1/2 over bread. Turn bread over with spatula and pour remaining liquid over bread. 3. Cover tightly with foil or plastic and refrigerate overnight. 4. Cook on medium low heat on pre-heated griddle until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes. Turn over, cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. You may want to loosly cover with foil while cooking first side. 5. Slice in half diagonally. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with whipped cream and warm maple syrup.
