FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX
One of my great friends made a mug of this for me one winters day. She told me how her family always takes it along on camping trips. I just couldn't leave without the recipe. I have enjoyed making it for my family and now this year I am filling liquid creamer bottles with it, decorating them as snowmen, and passing them out for...

Steps:
- 1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and store in a well sealed container
- 2. To make a cup, stir 3 heaping teaspoons into a cup of water. To be quite honest, I use more of the mix per cup than this because I fill my mug up and/or use a cappuccino size mug.
- 3. This is great on road trips, camping trips, to give as gifts in pretty containers, or just to keep on hand at home all winter long.

- In your large bowl, combine the hot chocolate mix, instant coffee, and powdered coffee creamer. We like to make coffee creamer ahead and use it in this recipe, but you can also buy it at the grocery store.
- Store your fireside coffee in a large, airtight container like a mason jar or Tupperware tub. It will keep for up to a year!
- When you’re ready to taste your delicious coffee mix, boil 8 ounces of water and stir in 2 tablespoons of your fireside coffee. You can adjust this ratio if your drink is too strong or too weak. Enjoy!
