- In a small bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar and walnuts; let stand for 15 minutes., In a large container, layer a third of the frozen yogurt and half of the blueberry mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining frozen yogurt. Swirl mixture; freeze until firm., In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate, milk and vanilla. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Serve with frozen yogurt.

- Fill each cup with about 1/4 cup yogurt. Place berries, water and sugar in a food processor; pulse until berries are finely chopped. Spoon 1-1/2 tablespoons berry mixture into each cup. Stir gently with a pop stick to swirl., Top cups with foil; insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

- Soften yogurt by letting it sit out for a few minutes or by microwaving for 20 seconds. Heat a large nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the berries and saute until just starting to soften, but not hot throughout. Transfer frozen yogurt to a large bowl and pour over berries (with liquid from bag). Gently swirl berries into yogurt, without completing mixing in.
- Spoon mixture into bowls or tall glass and top with pistachio nuts (you can also refreeze the swirl before serving).

- Whip the cream lightly in an electric mixer. When it begins to form peaks, add the powdered sugar and whip to soft peaks. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream in a bowl. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and white chocolate together in a double boiler. Lace the yogurt with fresh berries, and then top it off with whipped cream and the melted semisweet and white chocolate.

- Line a rimmed baking sheet (I used a 1/4 sheet pan) with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Make sure that the baking sheet will fit into your freezer.
- Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and use a rubber spatula to spread the yogurt into a single layer little less than 1/2 inch thick. You will not cover the whole sheet pan. Dollop teaspoon size amounts of jam all over the yogurt and use a butter knife to swirl the jam into the yogurt. Sprinkle the fresh berries over the yogurt and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for several hours, until firm. I cover the baking sheet in plastic wrap (without letting it touch the yogurt). Once chilled, break into irregular pieces.
