Steps:

• 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Oil a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan. 3. Return to the oven until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F, about 10 minutes. 12. Remove from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes. 13. Slice and serve.
