GET FRESH CAFE MEATLOAF
Steps:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Oil a 9 by 5 by 3-inch loaf pan. 3. Combine the beef, 1 cup tomato sauce, celery, onions, bell peppers, molasses, granulated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon rosemary, sage, fresh garlic, bread and eggs in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. 4. Pack firmly into the prepared pan. 5. Slam the pan open-side down on a sheet pan. 6. Pat and form into a meatloaf. 7. Put in the oven and cook 45 minutes. 8. Remove from the oven. 9. Spread the remaining 1 cup tomato sauce evenly over the top of the loaf. 10. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon rosemary over the loaf. 11. Return to the oven until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F, about 10 minutes. 12. Remove from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes. 13. Slice and serve.

- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup. Knead mixture and place into a loaf pan. In a large shallow pan, add 1-inch of water, place the meatloaf pan in the center and cover with foil. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
- Drain water, remove foil, cover meatloaf with ketchup and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.

- Light the burner under a brulot bowl or chafing dish and adjust the flame to low. Drop the orange and lemon peel, sugar cubes, cloves, and cinnamon stick into the bowl or pan, pour in the cognac and curacao, and stir to dissolve the sugar. When the mixture is warm, ignite it with a match. Stirring gently, pour the coffee into the bowl in a slow, thin stream; continue to stir until the flame dies out. Ladle into brulot cups or demitasse cups and serve at once.
