GINGER TEA COOLERS
A "teariffic" summer drink featuring good-for-you green tea. Simply steep and chill!

Steps:
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat water, gingerroot and sugar to boiling over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. Add tea bags; remove from heat. Cover; let steep 15 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Cool tea to room temperature, about 10 minutes. Pour through strainer into clean 2-quart pitcher to strain. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until chilled.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water and ice cubes to pitcher. Garnish with lemon, lime and/or orange slices.

PEACHY GREEN TEA COOLER

Steps:
- Bring 6 cups cold water to a boil.
- Place teabags in a saucepan. Slice the peaches and place in a saucepan. Pour boiling water over the peaches and teabags. Steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a heat-safe pitcher and reserve the peaches. Stir in honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Allow tea to cool, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Reserve peaches in refrigerator.
- To serve: Fill tall glasses with ice, place a few chilled peach slices in each glass, pour chilled tea over the peaches and top with a sprig of mint.
