- In a saucepan, mix the flour, salt, cream of tartar and water together.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until a large thick ball forms. Set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, add the oil and food coloring - knead together (a silpat sheet works great) and work in the desired amount of glitter throughout dough.
