Steps:

  • In 10-inch nonstick skillet, mix cooked beef and 1/2 cup of the salsa. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees , brown ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning mix , water & 6 Tbs salsa . cook until thickening . press or roll each biscuit into 6' circle . Fill each center with taco mixture ( leaving 1/2' edge ) Spinkle with 1 Tbs. cheese . Fold dough over filling & press edges with fork to seal. Place on a GREASED Cookie sheet, leaving about 2" between each . Bake remaining salsa , cheese and sour cream If desired

1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/3 c water
3/4 c salsa total 6 tbs. filling & 6 tbs to serve
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 can(s) 16.3 pillsbury grands ( or store bought ) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 c shredded cheddar monterey jack , mexican cheese blends 2 oz ,
1/2 c sour cream if desired

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
  • In a nonstick skillet, mix cooked beef and 1/2 cup salsa. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • Press each biscuit into a 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto the center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press to seal. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
