BLOODY REVOLUTION
During my spell in university doing my psychology degree i worked ina popular chain of cocktail bars in the uk called revolution. i kept all my training materials, and myu little laminated ingredient lists that i used to keep in my apron. i thought it was about time i updated them onto recipezaar. There are some revolution classics in this and also some that they dont do anymore at rev. I may be a bit vague on the floating parts of cocktails, i havent made them in a while. This may be a good excuse to! the reason why i specify usinga glass tumbler to mix the drink in is purely for logistics- cretaing one drinks worth at a time by measuring it out in the serving glass and serving it in the same glass. its how we used to do it a rev, if your prefer to do it in a cocktail shaker thats fine just beware not to out too much ice in.

- Greek Ouzo Cocktail with Lemon. This simple, three-ingredient drink takes nearly no time to make. Start by filling your glass with fresh lemon juice.
- Roaring Greek Tiger. This traditional Greek drink is even simpler to make than the last! Simply combine one part Ouzo to four parts orange juice. Add the combo to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Bold Greek Coffee Cocktail. If you’re the kind of person who likes a bit of caffeine with your alcohol, this coffee cocktail is an excellent choice for you.
- Greek Revolution Shooter. The Greek revolution shooter is somewhere between a cocktail and a straight shot. Since Ouzo is so strong, it’s not uncommon for people to drink it in smaller doses.
- Mediterranean Sunset. Like most Ouzo cocktails, the Mediterranean sunset requires few ingredients. All you’ll need to make it is Ouzo, grapefruit juice, and grenadine.
- Greek Doctor Cocktail. When I was younger, my aunt made a drink that she called an orange-lemon vodka collins. To me, that’s what this drink tastes like, only with Ouzo.
- Raspberry Ouzo Slush. Of all the Ouzo cocktails on this list, the raspberry Ouzo slush is my favorite. To make it, you’ll need frozen raspberries, nectarines, Ouzo, lemon water, and a couple of lemongrass sprigs.
- Greek Jelly Bean Cocktail. I love the vibrant blue color you get from adding blue curacao to a drink, but sometimes I’m in the mood for something less tart.
- Tko Shooter. At a glance, this shooter almost looks like a tall glass of beer. And in some ways, it also tastes a bit like a dark lager. You’ll make it with tequila, Kahlua, and Ouzo, and it is sweet, rich, and as close to decadent as a drink usually gets without adding all the extra whipped cream, caramel, and chocolate sauce.
- Ouzo Martini. Even though the Ouzo martini uses more ingredients than any other Ouzo cocktail on the list. It calls for orange juice, pineapple juice, Ouzo, vodka, fresh lime juice, lime slices, and ice, yet it still takes only 5 minutes to make.

- Greek Jelly Bean Cocktail. The Greek jelly bean cocktail is for those who are looking for something a bit more tart, but with just a hint of sweetness, as well.
- Greek Style Bloody Mary. The Greek Bloody Mary is a lot like any Bloody Mary you’ve had anywhere, but there are a few unique tweaks. For one thing, you’ll use 20 rocket leaves to make it!
- Greek Style Mulled Wine. If you’re anything like me, the term “mulled wine” evokes images of simmering wine and fruit juices, plenty of herbs and spices, and a warm drink that makes your kitchen smell fantastic.
- Raspberry Ouzo Slush. If you’re in the mood for something cool, light, refreshing, and perfect for summer, you’ve got to try this incredible raspberry Ouzo slush.
- Bold Greek Coffee Cocktail. This cocktail is as quick and easy to make as all the rest, but it will take a bit of time to make the fennel simple syrup.
- Greek Ouzo Cocktail with Lemon. If you’re a fan of black licorice and enjoy drinks that are somewhat tart, then this cocktail was practically designed just for you.
- Greek Revolution Shooter. This simple, three-ingredient cocktail combines Ouzo, grenadine, and Galliano, which tastes like vanilla-infused anise with lots of tasty herbs.
- Greek Doctor Cocktail. To me, anything with the word “doctor” in its name automatically makes me think of something bitter and medicinal. In short, it probably won’t be something I’ll enjoy.
- Roaring Greek Tiger. One of the best things about Greek cocktails is how easy most of them are to make. The roaring Greek tiger uses only two ingredients – Ouzo and orange juice – and takes mere moments to make.
- Ouzo Martini. And last but not least, we have the Ouzo martini – an easy-to-make, six-ingredient drink made from orange juice, pineapple juice, Ouzo, vodka, lime juice, lime slices, and ice.
