Ground Seitan With Peas image

Steps:

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Grind the Seitan up in a food processor until if resembles hamburger.
  • Mix the cheese, bread crumbs, green onion, tamari, mustard, sea salt and cloves together.
  • Add to the eggs and then add the egg mixture to the ground Seitan. Add the peas.
  • Mix well and saute the whole mixture in a non-stick saute pan until the Seitan is lightly browned. You just want to make sure the eggs are cooked.
  • If you want, you can use ground chicken in this.
  • Use on top of your favourite grain.
  • Bon Appetit!
