My daughter will only eat chicken nuggets, pizza and corn dogs. I needed some way to make this option a little healthier.

Steps:

  • Cut Chicken breasts into strips or nuggets (your preference).
  • Dump Shake and Bake into Bag provided.
  • Add chicken and shake bag to coat. Place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

2 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Depending on how much you want to make)
1 (5 3/4 ounce) box Shake-n-Bake, Original (you may only need one packet)

These healthy and delicious chicken nuggets make the perfect nutritious dinner. It's such an easy recipe to make and these baked goodies make a great healthy alternative to fried chicken nuggets. They would taste great served as a delicious starter or you could serve with them with sweet potato or courgette fries and serve as a main.

Steps:

  • Cook the quinoa in a pan of boiling water (according to the pack instructions).
  • Preheat oven to 210C/410°F.
  • Add the flour to a bowl, then add the egg and water to a separate bowl and whisk. Place the cooked quinoa in another bowl.
  • Coat each chicken piece in the flour, then the eggs, then the quinoa and finally place on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes (until golden) and serve!
