PUMPKIN-BANANA-APPLESAUCE BREAD
A wholesome version of pumpkin-banana bread that can be made into muffins or bread loaves, or a combination of both.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease three 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves together in a large bowl. Mix pumpkin puree, applesauce, eggs, and bananas together in another bowl. Add pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 60 minutes.

- Place bananas in a large bowl and mash with electric mixer.
- Stir in sugar and let stand 15 minutes.
- Add applesauce and eggs and beat well.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan, cool on wire rack.

- Grease and flour 4 mini loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, applesauce, and mashed bananas. Pour into prepared pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
