Hershey Bar Balls Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
• Mix flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
• Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Mix sugar mixture gradually into flour mixture. Spread 1/2 the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until partially firm, about 10 minutes. Leave oven on.
• Cover the partially baked dough with chocolate bars, breaking up as needed to fit. Drop remaining dough over the chocolate as evenly as possible.
• Bake in the hot oven until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes more. Let cool.

Steps:

• Melt chocolate bars.
• Add nuts. Let it sit until it is lukewarm.
• Stir in cool whip.
• Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop small balls of chocolate into the cookie crumbs. Coat well. (I use 2 teaspoons to drop into crumbs and then roll into better balls with my hands). Place in fridge to set. After about 15 minutes I usually roll each ball in my hands again to form a rounder ball.

Steps:

• Dissolve coffee granules in warm rum. Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, almonds and rum mixture until blended. Stir in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm enough to roll, about 1 hour., Shape mixture into 1-in. balls; roll in crushed cookies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, separating layers with waxed paper.
