Chocolate Chip Candy Bar Cookies Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, beat together the butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift together the salt and flour and mix into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until well blended. Press batter into a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan.
• Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into bars and let cool in pan on wire rack.

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
• Mix flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
• Combine butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Mix sugar mixture gradually into flour mixture. Spread 1/2 the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven until partially firm, about 10 minutes. Leave oven on.

• Bake in the hot oven until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes more. Let cool.

• Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake until the edges are browned and the center is completely set, about 30 minutes. Cool completely, at least one hour, cut into 24 pieces and serve.

Place 2 in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until set, 8-10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks., Melt chocolate candy bar; drizzle over cooled cookies. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.
