BAKED HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Mix well. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chicken, and brush to cover.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard mixture. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Rub chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat egg yolk with honey and butter or margarine, then brush this mixture over chicken pieces. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, basting with remaining butter or margarine. Just before serving, turn chicken over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes to cook the skin on the other side.

- 1. First pre-heat the oven to 350F. Then foil a cookie sheet with foil well. Then salt & pepper each side of the chicken pieces. Place them on the greased foiled cookie sheet.
- 2. Next in a small pot mix the glaze together & heat over medium to low heat until bubbly & reduced.
- 3. Then bake the chicken for about 30 to 35 mins or until fully cooked. Just about every 10 mins coat the chicken with the glaze & finish baking.
- 4. Special Tip: Any extra glaze can be pour & mixed over any warm side dish veggie.

- Combine all ingredients except chicken and shake or blend until well mixed.
- In a large bowl, place chicken pieces skin-side down. Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and rotate pieces to coat completely. Cover bowl and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Line the bottom of a large broiler pan with foil to catch drippings.
- Remove chicken from sauce and place skin side down in pan on rack. Baste chicken with honey sauce.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and baste again with honey sauce. Bake 30 minutes more or until done. If chicken browns too fast, cover with foil.

- In a casserole dish combine the soup mix and water.
- Mix together well.
- Add the chicken pieces and turn to coat in the sauce.
- Arrange the vegetables in the dish and wet them all over with the sauce also.
