Honey Butter image

Steps:

  • Cut the butter into chunks using the dough scraper.
  • Place butter into the mixer?s work bowl and beat at low speed, using the whisk attachment to loosen the butter. Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and beat until well combined, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for 2 hours.

1 pound butter
1/4 cups honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Crush the graham crackers between two pieces of wax paper with a rolling pin or in a food processor.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, honey and powdered milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Make small balls with mixture and place on wax paper. Roll balls in shredded coconut.

Steps:

  • NOTE: If you have unroasted nuts, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread peanuts onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until you can smell them.
  • In a food processor, blend peanuts. Scrape down the sides when necessary.
  • When the peanuts have broken down and become crumbly, add in honey and salt while still blending.
  • The mixture will turn into a ball and eventually even out.
  • Slowly add canola oil while still blending. Add more canola oil if you want a creamier texture.
  • Pour into a jar, store in a refrigerator and use within one month.
  • Enjoy!

Add more salt (up to 1/4 teaspoon) if desired.
