- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, peanuts and pretzels; set aside. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in Sriracha sauce and honey. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
- Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Place in serving bowl; stir in popcorn. Store in airtight container.

- 1. Preheat oven to 250, mix all dry ingredients together except M&M's in a bowl, in a seperate cup melt butter, add honey and hot sauce, mix together and pour over dry ingredients. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet.
- 2. Bake at 250 for 45min turning and reap reading every 15 min. Cool and add M&M's, store till ready to use in air tight container

Recipe is from the back of a Rice Chex box. A nice twist on the old favorite. It could easily be made gluten free by omitting the pretzels or using gluten free pretzels.

Steps:
- Line a half sheet (11x15) cake pan with non stick foil (or 2 smaller pans).
- Add all dry ingredients (except popcorn) to pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
- Add honey & sriracha sauce.
- Pour sauce over dry ingredients and stir to coat well.
- Bake in 225 oven for 45 min, stir every 15 min while baking.
- Let cool and store in airtght container.
- May add 3 c popped popcorn to mix when served.

- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the honey, sriracha and salt. Mix until well combined.
- In two 9x13 pans, or one very large roasting pan, mix the puffcorn, Chex Mix, pretzels and cashews. Pour the honey sriracha mix over the snack mix and stir until everything is well coated.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the mixture. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Spread over wax paper and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
