HOT COCOA MIX IN BULK
This makes a HUGE batch of cocoa mix. Make up a batch when the weather turns cool and you should have enough to last until Spring. It's also great to package as gifts. If you have baby food jars, put 1/3-2/3 cup of mix in jar and top with miniature marshmallows. Write the mixing instructions and attach to jar along with a mini candy cane. You could also use resealable snack bags instead of baby food jars. This recipe was given to me by my mom. I don't know how many servings it really makes - just estimated.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients, divided evenly, into 2 very large mixing bowls, and mix thoroughly.
- You can also use a clean plastic trash bag, make sure to close tightly.
- Then place in sealed containers, ziploc bags etc.
- Place 1/3 cup into a coffee cup and fill with hot water.
- Enjoy!
- Yields approximately 28 cups of mix.

- In a large airtight container, mix the first 5 ingredients. If desired, stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months., To prepare hot cocoa: Place 1/3 cup mix in a mug. Stir in hot milk until blended.
