Steps:

Heat oven to 400. Spray bottom and side of pie plate, 9x1 1/2 inches, with cooking spray.
Sprinkle chicken, bacon and cheese in pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Optional: top pie with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
Lightly grease 10" pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients in blender on HIGH until smooth (about 1 minute).
Bake at 400F (205C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes.

Impossible Chicken, Spinach and Cheese Pie image

Steps:

Boil enough water to cover chicken breast.
Place chicken in water; cover and remove from heat.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
In greased 13x9 inch baking dish or 2 pie pans, combine spinch, chopped chicken, shredded swiss cheese, and onion.
In bowl or blender, mix together Bisquick, milk, eggs, and salt.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Prepare the Basic Butter Pie Crust. Do not divide the dough into two pieces unless you plan to make two 9” pies. Otherwise, leave it as one pie dough. Let rest for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Heat oil in a dutch oven (or heavy-bottomed stock pot) over medium heat. Once hot, brown chicken, in batches if necessary, about 2-4 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate, once browned.
Add bacon to the pot, and cook, until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Shut off the heat and remove all but 1 tablespoon of the rendered fat.
Return the heat to medium and add onion, garlic, and salt to the pot and cook until starting to soften, about 5 minutes.
